Larson's Mustang Electric

Larson’s Mustang Electric Co., Inc became a Texas corporation in April, 1995 with the same board of directors serving it today.  Dr. Rebecca Larson serves as the president while Tim Weddle is the vice president of outside operations and Pernell Larson is the vice president of inside operations.  Rebecca Johnston is the corporation’s secretary and treasurer.  Mustang specializes in industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects.

Mustang is a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) as well as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE). We are insured and bonded. We are a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. We are licensed under the regulations of the Texas Licensing and Regulations Board-license number 21312.

Our licensed apprentices, journeymen, and master electricians are continually trained in the most up-to-date National Electric Codes and OSHA regulations.  Our estimating department is educated in state-of-the-art technological estimating programs to avoid overestimates and embarrassing underestimates.  You can count on estimates from Mustang not to have any hidden surprises.

We do one thing and we do it well.  We are electrical contractors.  Our second tier subcontractors are specialists in fire alarm, data and voice cabling, security, and nurse call systems. 

Dr. Rebecca Larson is serving as Mustang Electric’s President.  She has been involved with the various administrative levels of construction since 1974. Rebecca began her construction career working in the administrative area for the fifth largest general contractor in the United States.   

Pernell Larson is the Vice President of Inside Operations for Mustang.  He has been involved with the electrical business since 1974. In 1982 Pernell achieved his Texas master electrician license.  He has worked on projects valued up to $50 million. He has served as lead estimator for Mustang for fifteen years.

Tim Weddle is the Vice President of Outside Operations managing employees and working directly with general contractors.  He has been involved in the electrical business since 1983.  He also holds a Texas master electrician license.  Tim has worked on projects valued in excess of $25 million.

Rebecca Johnston is the Secretary/Treasurer of Mustang.  She has a bachelor’s degree of science in business administration.  She has been involved with the construction industry since 1986.
